YOUR DATA

Privacy policy

Parcel & Pour is designed to tell the story of wine without turning your visit into a profile.

The short version

We collect only the information needed to manage the first-participant list, operate the website and understand its use when you explicitly allow analytics. We do not sell personal information or use it for personalized advertising.

Who is responsible

The data controller for this website is Ilia Postanogov, operating Parcel & Pour.

First-participant list

When you submit the form, we receive your name, email address, interest, language and age confirmation, plus any optional country or comment you provide. We use this information to manage your request, contact you about the pilot release and understand early interest in the project.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics is not loaded until you choose Allow. If allowed, it may process pages visited, referral information, browser and device details, and approximate location derived from an IP address. Advertising signals and personalized advertising are disabled. If you decline, no Google Analytics tag is loaded and no analytics data is sent.

Browser preferences

Your language, age confirmation and analytics choice may be stored in your browser so the website can remember them. Age and analytics choices are kept for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are created only after you allow analytics.

Legal bases

We process waitlist information to take the steps you request and, where required, on the basis of your consent. We rely on legitimate interests to keep the service secure and plan the pilot release without overriding your rights. Google Analytics is used only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Service providers and transfers

Information may be processed by hosting and infrastructure providers acting for us. When analytics is allowed, Google LLC acts as an analytics provider and may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in its privacy documentation. We do not sell your data.

How long information is kept

Waitlist information is kept until you ask us to delete it or for no longer than 24 months after our last meaningful contact. Google Analytics event-level information is kept for up to 14 months. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be kept longer.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to your data-protection authority; in Portugal this is the CNPD.
